“I love using Kinerica products. At the moment I'm using Pro Release and Thermo Whey at different times of the day. Also use the Omega 3. I am following a clean eating plan and its great to find products that fit in with it.”

“I ordered two protein tubs a week ago and still haven't received them. Since ordering them I have placed orders with other supplement companies on the same delivery type and received them straight away. I haven't received a confirmation that the goods have even been processed yet. This is the second time I have ordered from Kinetica and it will be the last. Customer service is far from being even tolerable.”

“One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I got an email 2 days after my order was confirmed that my credit card was rejected based on some after-the-fact review. The card is 100% active and legitimate. Then, completely ignored my questions as to how to proceed with the order: I got no response at all. Unacceptable.”

“Having had difficulty with supplies from our local stockist, I ordered online direct from the website, which was informative, straightforward and had everything I required for my swimmer daughter's needs. The delivery process was then excellent - I received emails right up to the actual delivery and was able to request my delivery to be left with a neighbour. I was then informed which neighbour and where it was. Thank you”
