“Good service it just appeared to be a bit over the top to send such a small item in such a large box, but that being said it was a very speedy service and for that I thank-you. regards Mick”

“I ordered two protein tubs a week ago and still haven't received them. Since ordering them I have placed orders with other supplement companies on the same delivery type and received them straight away. I haven't received a confirmation that the goods have even been processed yet. This is the second time I have ordered from Kinetica and it will be the last. Customer service is far from being even tolerable.”

“One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I got an email 2 days after my order was confirmed that my credit card was rejected based on some after-the-fact review. The card is 100% active and legitimate. Then, completely ignored my questions as to how to proceed with the order: I got no response at all. Unacceptable.”

“Have been waiting for Vanilla Flavour (Kinetica Whey Protein 1kg Vanilla code:2302) for some time but it has been out of stock for long time. If you are not going to produce then why advertise. “Having had difficulty with supplies from our local stockist, I ordered online direct from the website, which was informative, straightforward and had everything I required for my swimmer daughter's needs. The delivery process was then excellent - I received emails right up to the actual delivery and was able to request my delivery to be left with a neighbour. I was then informed which neighbour and where it was. Thank you”

“Peach yoghurt Thermo Whey tastes just like...well..peach youghurt. Much better than I would have anticipated and all of us that have tasted it have commented about what a fantastic product it is. It is expensive, compared to other whey proteins, but in this case it is worth it and you do get what you pay for. Don't compare this product with others entirely on cost.”

“Very quick delivery, Super convenient and effecient. I felt the results of the actual product within just a few weeks and I'm really happy with it. I've tried a few other products that end up making me feel bloated and sick but not with Kinetica. Very happy”

“After the initial website error I managed to order the product I wanted. It was easy and safe to do so. Item arrived swiftly and I was kept updated with dispatch details etc. Plus the courier used texts you to give you an hour window of delivery which is brilliant. The product (chocolate protein shake), tastes great. Like a regular milkshake! Unfortunately I have discovered I have to have a no dairy or sugar diet for the next 4 weeks so I'm going to have to lay off the shakes for a while. :-( Kinetica are a great professional company. Would recommend to everyone.”

“I'm an ultra distance runner and use Kinetica recovery for during performance, not recovery. This product is easy/fast to mix while on the run and light on my stomach. I can't recommend it enough!! Amazing results.”

“Bought the Kinetica Whey Protein 1kg Strawberry. Superb product, tastes exactly how it should taste and doesn't leave you with that sickly feeling in your stomach like others do (myprotein etc.). This is the second time I have purchased this product and I am equally as impressed as I was the first time. Wouldn't buy any other product.”
