“Well I have to say, the delivery service was unbelievable. I ordered yesterday morning and it arrive this morning. 😊Packaging was perfect, they even put in a little protein bar, which was lovely gesture. Product looks great! Date of experience: 23 August 2024”

“I bought their whey protein product. It states that it has both concentrate and isolate in it. I contacted the company to ask for the ratio and was told they couldn't release the information as it was explicitly sensitive to commercial reasons. For that reason I will not be purchasing again as it's clear they're charging a premium price for a basic product.”

“Brilliant customer service team. Started using Kinetica unflavoured protein a few months back and loved it. It's a good sweetner free protein option that can be mixed easily with cocoa powder and honey or Nestle shake powders if you don't mind a little sugar. I am lactose intolerant and have no problems with this particular powder. Usually takes a little while to arrive but it always does arrive without needing a follow up. Ordered some yesterday for someone who is very sick and in need of easy nourishment. I messaged Kinetica and asked if it was possibly to have my order fast tracked under the circumstance and they got back within the hour. It shipped first thing the next morning. Couldn't be happier to have found this company. Highly recommend them and their products.”

“Horrific customer service. I would think twice before ordering from this company. I have contacted them via multiple media and received no response. I have still not received my order nor any response as to where might be. Is anybody actually working in customer care in this company?”

“Way too sweet and very artificial sweet taste of it. Not for me and after buying it I had to give it away, very disappointed as its expensive. Doesn't mix well at all in a smoothie so for I won't be buying it again. Wanted to support an Irish product, I suggest you sell small samples for people to buy as it's an expensive mistake if it doesn't work. Kind regards Claire”

“Probably worst customer service I ever experienced. Waiting for my proteins over 2 weeks now as kinetica peeps can’t get the right address, no matter that there is one provided on my profile on website and we’ll as the customer service people(Billy) Billy resent my order with the correct adress be was given and package managed to bounce back to them. I had to call courier companies and try to fetch my package myself as kinetica does not provide tracking info and as per dpd the adress kinetica provided was a mashup of my home address and new address… we’ll do e guys… now i can wait again. Hooray. All along zero apology, zero empathy. Will never use again, will never recommend, but will make sure to spread my negative experiences for both times you failed to deliver.”

“My review is only 3 stars thanks to inefficient delivery. 2/2 times delivery lacked, there was no tracking info and no phone number provide for a quick response. I had to email customer service and wait. Both times it took over 8 days to get my order delivered in Dublin. It’s a shame as product itself is amazing, tastes grate and mixes well…not too sweet like most, just perfect both vanilla and chocolate. I will probably not order again as delivery had ruined it for me”
