About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“Great bike. Very good seat and finishing touches but the best features is its weight! So light that my 2 years old has no issue in moving it at all! Not to mention his mum or dad carrying it around 😉”

“This bike has been a Godsend! Our fairly tall, and uncoordinated seven year old has struggled for years on various bikes ranging from stabilisers and us taking the pedals off her bike. Watching her three year old sister whizz about on a standard balance bike was really hard for her and just one more reminder of what she couldn’t do...This was our last ditch attempt at getting her on a bike and whilst seemingly expensive at the time, it was evident from the first day that we had made the right choice and that it was worth every penny! This has been the only solution and I would strongly recommend to anyone who’s children are struggling, for whatever reason and needs a bigger balance bike. Certainly no regrets here!”

“Excellent bike. Bought for our grandson who has cerebral palsy. Helps with his balance and means he can go out with his nieces and nephews on their bikes. Think it is on the expensive side but the quality is good.”

“I purchased a more expensive make for my daughter a couple of years ago and bought the strider this year for my son, basically because of leaving things last minute near Christmas and the fact Strider could deliver. It was delivered on time which was great, but the nice surprise was that the strider bike was actually better quality and balance than the more expensive one. Very happy with the product and service”

“My son has a condition which means he has low muscle tone and poor balance. The Strider 16 Youth has enabled him to join his friends when they are playing on their bikes and it has improved his balance.”

“We though our son age 8 would never have the balance or the confidence to ride his bike without stabilisers, It did take a while to coax him to use his strider but once he started he was cycling on his own within a week! Couldn't be happier with the build quality, strong and sturdy! Would definitely recommend this bike for kids with mobility issues or balance problems xx Thank you xx”
