About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“The buying process was easy and two Cratoni Pacer cycle helmets were delivered within a few days as promised. The helmets were a christmas present and, unfortunately, one of the lights that came attached to the helmets did not work when it was tried on Christmas day. Kidvelo were contacted on Boxing Day and responded immediately, offering to replace the light, which they did exactly as promised. This was an exceptional level of customer service and I would highly recommend Kidvelo.”
