About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“Kidvelo bikes are excellent! Our 2 ASD sons have struggled with cycling and the traditional stabiliser approach didn't work for either of our sons. Our eldest (aged 6) mastered the balance bike within 2 days and was zooming around in no time, and started pedalling within a month. Our youngest, who also has vestibular issues on top of his ASD, wouldn't even go on a bike. Within 3 months, he has learned to use the balance bike and is now pedalling confidently having had his pedals fitted 2 days ago. I honestly cannot recommend Kidvelo enough 🙂”

“Super friendly and knowledgeable owners. Really helpful and supportive with the purchase. The bike itself arrived at the date requested, well packaged and super easy to build. The bike is lightweight and well made. Our Daughter was over the moon with it and eager to get out on it using it as a balance bike and gaining confidence. Hoping it won't be long before she wants me to put the pedal kit on and is already feeling reassured knowing that it can be taken off if she doesn't feel ready. 10 out of 10 for customer service 10 out of 10 for bike quality Highly recommended”

“The perfect balance of specs; instructions; and videos. Stock info is spot on. The logistics team is super efficient. I was a bit wary of DHL (they have a history of not finding my address in London), but thanks goodness it went smoothly this time.”

“Ideal online shopping experience. I got all the information I needed to feel confident with my purchase. Of course, I chose the wrong colour.. so after my wife corrected me, I contacted the lovely Kidvelo team. The order was still fresh and they changed it over without any fuss (and I could climb out of the dog house!).”
