About Kidvelo Bikes:

Kidvelo® Bikes is an exciting new brand launched in 2021, specialising in manufacturing kids' balance bikes, some which convert to lightweight pedal bikes. The founders are from two family businesses; the former official Strider Distributors, based in Australia and the UK. We had clear ideas born from 14 years of teaching children to ride, distributing thousands of balance bikes and listening to customers.

“Really good quality bike and very helpful staff. Any questions about setting up the bike answered no problem, (we had slight problem with brakes rubbing on wheels). They even offered a discount on the bike due to the sticking brakes but I felt that was unnecessary as they solved the problem with their advice. Highly recommended.”

“We’ve just upgraded from our beloved Strider 12 (bought 5 years ago for my eldest son) to the new 14X for our youngest’s 3rd birthday. The transition has been seamless. The longer wheelbase is perfect and keep him better grounded as he becomes increasingly daring. In the first day he was balancing down steep hills, putting his feet up up onto the pegs and was experimenting with the breaks . I have no doubt that we’ll be able to add the pedals in a few months and he’ll be away! Customer service has also been brilliant...There was a little snag with our order but it was resolved immediately by Karen and Team Strider. Thanks Strider!”

“This is the 2nd Strider bike I have bought for my Granddaughter’s. They absolutely love them and can ride them from age 2. They find them very easy to steer and very light to pull about.”

“My husband and I bought this bike for our grandsons 3rd birthday. He had outgrown his very first balance bike and needed a bike that would allow him to grow into it. His mum and dad are delighted with the bike and he is progressing well. It is quite a bit heavier than his previous bike but he is doing well and learning about the brakes. When he is ready the pedals can be installed. Everyone is thrilled - excellent buy and appreciated advice over the telephone before we purchased it. Many thanks”

“Good quality balance bike at less than half the price of other big brand names in the market. Our 3 year old son learnt to a ride a pedal bike without stabilisers in about 15 mins courtesy of 18 months learning proper balance on a Strider. Can’t recommend enough.”

“Brought for my son’s 2nd birthday. Wasn’t sure he would take to it straight away but he absolutely loves it! Straight on, so light he can manouvre it and lift it up. The instantly adjustable seat and handles are great and he’s now flying around the park. Couldn’t be happier or recommend more.”

“Excellent customer service and fast delivery. Had to phone up as had a few questions and the person I spoke to answered all my questions and could confirm colors in stock and dispatch times. “Awesome bike. We recently bought lights and a handle bar bumper for a hand me down strider for grand daughter 2 who wants to be like her big brother who's got a strider sport and showing no signs of giving up his beloved bike anytime soon .
