“Ordered 2 weeks ago was dispatched last week and still haven’t received it I spent over 50 pounds it was a gift for my nephew who was visiting from abroad”

“My Daughter bought the Prime gift for my Sons 12th Birthday, having researched the gifts on your Social media platforms, they looked good. But unfortunately what was delivered was anything but and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Very little sweets, a battered cardboard box (that looked like it had been reused), zero presentation or thought had been given to the gift.

“Awful service, ordered March 4th, a large order totally £70 didn’t arrive in time for
my sons birthday on 11th. I had to contact them
and they told me the order was placed on back order due to stock.
I again waited longer, i then chased my order to be told that it will be arrive tomorrow. This was the 15th, suprise it will hasn’t turned up and we’re on the 18th.
They’ve refunded 17£ of a £70 order and. 2 weeks later still with no items.
I would NOT recommend, there are plenty of other sweet shops you could spend your hard earned money on!
