“I ordered a American Mystery Box and Some American Goetze's Oreo Tray, the Mystery Box was supposed to come with free prime which did not arrive and I also did no receive the Goetze's Oreo Tray, I reached out multiple times to the company they said they would send me the missing item's if I provided My address and email which they never did, I then attempted to message them on Instagram as I ordered it mainly for the prime for my brothers birthday and ended up being rather disappointed as no one ever replied to me messages or follow up email”

“My Daughter bought the Prime gift for my Sons 12th Birthday, having researched the gifts on your Social media platforms, they looked good. But unfortunately what was delivered was anything but and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Very little sweets, a battered cardboard box (that looked like it had been reused), zero presentation or thought had been given to the gift.

“I didn’t recieve my parcel when I was meant to because when it was shipped out they didn’t pay the full postage so on top of paying for postage when I made my order I had to pay additional postage. When the order finally came one of the products the vimto candy floss was broken from both sides of the packaging and most of the floss was disintegrated. I tried to contact them but I was left with no response.”
