“Is this a joke? I’m still waiting for my goods. You’ve taken my money and haven’t contacted me since. I’ve tried calling, emailing and messaging via your website with no response. Right now I feel like I’ve been robbed.”

“Delivery was due on a Friday and had confirmed, waited in all day and no delivery, no communication and unable to get through when calling to find out what was happening. I had to chase and find out what had happened and arrange another day for delivery which also meant having to to take a second day off work. Poor service.”

“Very good service. Although could be more specific and give follow up on the delivery date. Got email telling me it would be between the 7th and 9th but heard nothing more until the man rang my doorbell at about 10am on the 7th.”
