“Unfortunately the product was not received. I ordered 2 on the 15th December and was advised that they had been posted on the 16th. As they were Christmas presents I have now had to purchase an alternative and will be returning, should they ever arrive. I realise that this is a Royal Mail issue and not the fault of Judi Glover Art but disappointed all the same. I have awarded 4 stars based on other reviews as didn't seem fair to just give one.”

“Goodness me you don't ask for much do you. A review on three cards. Well this will cover all three, hopefully. The cards are pretty. A bit smaller than I would have liked. Also I thought a little expensive.”

“I had an issue with my order going missing via Royal Mail. Made contact with Judi after the busy Christmas period and explained the situation. Very understanding and had replacements sent out.”

Dear Susan, I am sorry to hear this. This is the first time I have heard from you - I have checked spam and searched but I have not received any previous communication. (I'm sorry I have may have missed the chat function due to the holiday period). Your order was posted on the 21st December by Royal Mail before the Royal Mail cut-off date for Xmas post. I have received emails from customers who have only just received their orders. Royal Mail have experienced a very challenging year due to the volume of orders and staff absenteeism.
