“I was very disappointed with this bookmark. I felt for £20 the quality should have been better. The metal was all pitted and it looked really cheap.”

“Hi, I am very disappointed with my order. Why propose personalizing the cards with our own messages if it is just a piece of paper (not even the same colour) glued in and not printed on the card? It looks very amateurish. Had I known it would look so bad I would have left them blank. Its a real shame, the cards are pretty but unusable now.”
