“Do not use them l waited 5 weeks for the job to be done and 7 minutes before they were due to arrive they called with some sick note excuse was told they would call back within 1 x hour with a reschedule 27 hours later my husband called them for an update and was rudely told use someone else if you like absolutely NO sorry they shouldn’t run a business don’t waste your money mr and Mrs Lyons”

“Thank you for cleaning our blinds so professionally. Everything went very smoothly from courtious telephone conversations, timings of collection and delivery, polite and spotless staff and vans, fair prices.... one couldn't wish for better service, sadly very scarcly found these days but even more to your credit. BRILLIANT! and thanks to everyone. No hesitation to recommend you.”

“Cleaning service was good. But be sure they give you a genuine upfront quote . We were charged more than double the quote for “slight” difference in size photos were sent also before being quoted . But once picked up they refused to clean unless we agreed to double the price. For that reason I would not use again .”

“Wayne from John Frederick Limited was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions on what needed to be done to our curtains and blinds in order to tidy them up and fix them. The cleaning and rehanging service was excellent! I will be using them again in the future.”

“Just had carpets and upholstery cleaned - all l5 years old - and cannot believe how different it all looks, just so fresh and clean. In addition, from the visit to give me a quotation, to dealing with the office and then today the polite and competent young man who carried out the work - all excellent.”

“John Frederick has just completed a brilliant job of cleaning 15 years of dirt off my vertical blinds and a Silhouette blind. They were helpful, knowledgeable, on time, and went above and beyond what I expected! I am amazed to see what a great result they achieved. My blinds look new! “A fair price and an excellent repair from John Frederick; the professionalism and courtesy of the team is also worth mentioning, they responded promptly and to my total satisfaction to the very minor issues that cropped up after the curtains were rehung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, with special mentions to Anita and Wayne for their fantastic service.”

“We were recommended to John Frederick to dry clean our lounge and bedroom curtains. Very pleased with the result and the overall experience. Would rate them 5 stars plus. The service was seamless and very efficient. Wayne, who measured up for the quote, took the curtains down and re hung them was very professional and experienced. Would highly recommend this Company.”

“Highly recommended. The estimate was done quickly and efficiently, dates arranged and the whole project executed with the very minimum of fuss (clean carpets and sofas, dry clean curtains). Huge thanks to Conrad and Charlie who both did an amazing job on the carpets and sofas last week, and to Conrad for bringing back and hanging our curtains yesterday. We are loving the total clean fresh feeling in our home.”
