I\u2019m a size 12\/14 and like a loose fitting jumper, so large was great. Long enough in the arms and the back, and as I\u2019m quite tall this is much appreciated. "I just love these socks. I\u2019ve been buying them for years. They are so cosy and comfortable, allowing your feet to breathe. Be careful when washing them as they are natural fibre and need to be treated with care. Respect them and they will serve you well for a long time. "

“Just bought my third roll neck jumper, this time for my 20 something daughter to stop her stealing her Dads! The team were totally awesome, since the colour we wanted was out of stock and they made it possible for the jumper to arrive in advance of the birthday date - a huge thank you, wonderful customer service and super lovely coloured roll necks. We now have the turquoise, red and black and the flecks of colour in each of them are just gorgeous! Each is unique, much loved and worn constantly. “Sweater received! Exactly what I wanted. A friend of mine, a very experienced, blue water sailor, always yelled at me every time I boarded his boat. Richard, "that cotton sweater is going to be the death of you . . . . . . if you get wet, you’re done . . . . . . “cotton is rotten!” Get yourself a wool sweater, no more "rotten cotton" sweaters on my boat! And being the fashion icon that I am, I needed a wool sweater with some real character. I was on the fence about what size. Most of the time, I wear a size, large, but I didn’t want something hugging my finely sculptured body. As I get older(I’m 73) and wiser(I mean wider), I’m 5’9” and 195 lbs, so I opted for a looser fit and your extra large fit the bill. I am a retired wood carver, sign company owner(44 years). Now, I am a sculpture of sorts, making driftwood collages, out of bits of driftwood, fishing line, beach glass and beach stones with my grand children. I’m also building a little 13’00” double ended Peapod, row and sailboat and I hope very shortly to be wearing my new sweater as I row and sail around Boston Harbor. “Well, I've had it only for a week or so, but this is my all time favourite pullover now. I think I've been wearing it pretty much non-stop since I've got it, both to go out and at home. I've always wanted a heavy chunky pullover and this one is just perfect. It is incredibly warm and it is surprisingly soft despite its coarse and rustic look. I am also surprised how well it fits me: I am a shorter guy and everything is usually is either too long or too tight. This one is a wider, perhaps more traditional cut, but it's just perfect for me. I've nothing to add. If you like the style you should get it. It does cost every penny.”

“I just love these socks I have tried many other brands the expensive one too but these are by far the best I have ever worn I have them in nearly every colour an will be ordering more. They are so warm and wash well I work with working cocker spaniels and am out in the fields every day I have a wider calf and wellies are uncomfortable for me so I wear a short ankle boot with these socks pulled up and they are great I would not buy anything else now . My dog accident got hold of one of my socks and torn it I didn’t have the heart to throw it away which I normally would do with any other sock so I purchased a sewing kit and mended it and it’s all good and continue to wear them I have 8 pairs and still want more the colours are just amazing a big 5 stars and a big THANKYOU”
