“Charlotte Kelly whom I dealt with on my call was great, very personable and due to timings on my end that caused the call to be stopped and picked up she was great in communicating back with me to continue discussing my policy. It did go on longer than I would have hoped and from what I was told so it affected my day but this i feel is no direct fault of Charlotte and more with the structure and scripting of the call and procedures.. if there is anyway of shortening it would benefit both yourselves and the client better.”
