“Charlotte, Matthew and Hannah were very friendly, professional and efficient. I appreciate due to GDPR you have to ensure you have the information but been on the phone answering questions for over an hour became frustrating and I was relieved when the call ended only to be phoned and texted last night and this morning with emails and further phone calls scheduled for later today.”
