“Excellent customer service. I spoke with Matthew and Josh. Both were super helpful. I did not feel pressured into changing life insurance policies. I did not feel rushed into making decisions. Josh was very patient and was lovely to talk to. He explained the new policy to me and the benefits I would gain compared to the policy I was currently on. I found him super helpful.”

“I spoke to Evie this afternoon and she was amazing! I am a bit clueless when it comes to these grown up things but Evie made me feel comfortable, helped me understand exactly what was best for me, gave me options and I am really happy with the service she provided. It was really nice to speak to someone who is willing to put time into making sure I was treated as an individual and not just another phone call. I was able to speak openly and ended up with results that I am really comfortable that they are the best fit for me and my circumstances. Speaking with Evie was the best customer experience I have had in a very long time, her attitude and knowledge put me at ease and I’m glad to have gotten sorted! Thanks Evie!”
