“Nikki/Nicky handled my review and was excellent, she explained everything in simple terms and wasn't pushy (like a lot of the male callers have been). She helped pick out a plan that was suitable for me and catered to my future needs. It was a pleasure to speak to her and she should be commended for her professional yet friendly manner and general good demeanor.”
