“I was passed through to Mark Ives who fully explained everything and with his advice we decided to go with a better cover to include ny children for critical illness cover. He was very understanding and helpful and he took his time with getting me the right policy. Very friendly and helpful and I must say he is very good at his job! Thank you”

“Josh was very helpful and patient when dealing with me, there were some sensitive questions, which he handled very sensitively and with compassion. I have spoken to other people here but to be honest I have hung up on them, rude I know, however if Josh trained them this may have not happened. Thanks again Josh”
