“Matthew introduced himself & the reason for the call, he then advised me that another colleague would continue my review as my policy would expire in 5 yrs. Matthew then introduced me to Mark, who was very knowledgeable regarding Life Insurance Polices and explained what the best Life Insurance Policy was suitable for my circumstances. Mark wasn’t pushy & checked constantly that I was ok to continue. in a Professional manner. I was satisfied at the end of our discussion that Mark had found me a policy that would cover me until I was 80yrs old at a reasonable monthly payment. Mark advised me that his colleague Donna would go through my new Life Insurance & quality assure that all was correct & I still would like to proceed. Donna was lovely and I now have peace of mind with my extended new Life Insurance Policy. Thank you”

“Mark Ives was very helpful with sorting out the new life insurance, sorted it all out in the end. Although he really needs to work on his customer skills... the way I got spoken to is unexceptable, I nearly hung up the call.”
