“Kyle thank you so much for taking the time to listen to my families needs and doing your absolute best to find policies tailored to our needs now and in the future. For explaining the policies and extras and how they would be beneficial to myself and my family simply and clearly you were informative without being pushy and boring. I really appreciate everything. The gentleman that initially rang me was friendly, polite and engaging (I usually put the phone down on these calls!) Donna you friendly, polite and professional ensuring I was clear about what I had agreed to. I am one happy grateful customer”
