“Honestly, this wasn't a phone call I was expecting today but I'm so glad beyond words that it happened! If it wasn't for Josh I'd have continued to waste my money on an insurance policy that never would have paid out due to discrepancies and something about non disclosure. But now I've got a new plan in place that actually suits myself and my family better than what I was paying for before. Josh is an absolute star and has helped my family in an immeasurable way. His kind manner and ability to relate on a human level is a kind of service you don't often see so people like him need to know how appreciated they are by people like me (a person with disabilities)”
