“Attended a start your own online business course with Tim delivering a week long online course. The entire week was really useful and interesting looking at how to maximise the visibility and impact you can have as you develop your business. This is really helpful with direction of effort and energy which is difficult as you try and build something. Lots to implement over the next few weeks.”

“Tim was a very knowledgable and very engaging Instructor. His views and experience allowed me to realise that the road ahead is achievable and is now less daunting. The discussions he initiated on where the future of business are heading were insightful and thought provoking. 1 minor aspect for improvement would be to be prepared for some elements of examples to use for the days course. e.g. having the web pages that will be used in discussion loaded up and ready to access. I felt that there was a bit of time wasted while waiting for Tim to select the web pages he would use.”

“Tim outlines across a five day course an excellent, realistic and cost-effective framework to get started as an online business. I would probably spend weeks/months trying to learn this on my own. He blended technical theory with practical demonstration very well. His infectious enthusiasm for utilizing AI tools was great. Great course, really enjoyed and confident I can put the knowledge to good use.”

“Brilliant course, conveniently delivered, however remote delivery does not take away from the learning experience at all. We were posted or emailed (our choice) excellent course materials which helped me revise and pass the exam. It was really clear what I needed to revise and test myself on. Friendly and helpful customer service throughout, from booking the course to completing the exam. I will definitely consider IPSO FACTO again for future training needs.”

“I have just completed my APM Project Fundamentals Qualification training course and I am hoping to take my exam in the next few days to complete the qualification. Overall, this was a good course and I feel confident about taking my exam. I found that the course materials were helpful and I had printed the handbook in preparation. I would like to suggest that the handbook could have been given to us as pre-course reading, and then the training itself would move away from the slides and focus on case studies, for example. The training took place over two days and was well spaced-out. I would have found it more helpful to have been given tasks, whether that’s independent research tasks, or group tasks. It would have been nice to be put into breakout rooms, for example, as I work remotely and it would have been interesting to have discussions with people outside of my work. It was great to listen to the trainer as she was clearly very knowledgeable but a suggestion would be breaking up the information delivery with little 10 minute tasks, for example. We were given a mock test to complete which was very helpful to go over with the trainer. The mock questions themselves are quite tricky just because they are very wordy and the multiple choice aspect is harder than I anticipated – for many of the questions it seems like any one of the options would have fit the question. However the trainer did explain any of my concerns with them so that was very helpful. Overall I am really glad I have completed this training and I feel confident about my exam so thank you.”
