Our case was slightly complex and he was able to give us very good advice and assistance to find the best mortgage deal for us whilst providing the pros and cons of our situation and options in detail and also explaining everything in clear and simple, easy to understand words. “I approached Paul Gold and Invest Southwest about twelve ago as I was coming up to retirement. I met Paul Gold several times when he took my input and general feelings before he advised me by showing me the advantages for me to take the drawdown scheme. He established fairly quickly that I am 'risk averse' and I was made to feel comfortable by his easy manner. I am disabled with a speech impediment but that didn't phase him. Along side of meeting him, his team worked to so that eventually he could sum up and agree with me to invest the bulk of my pension pot while allowing me to take the tax free sum. This has proved useful and I am still extremely happy with the way that Invest Southwest - and Paul in particular - has managed my pension pot. He has answered all my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. I imagine that the company has larger customers but I always feel comfortable speaking face to face with him and/or emailing him. Invest Southwest has treated me well. Full marks from me!”
