“My FA is Martin Lane. I cannot fault him. He is kind, polite, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable (about loads of stuff not just money) reliable, approachable and responds quickly to questions. He has a good sense of humour which I find essential where talking about filthy lucre is concerned. He has made me lots of money, and doesn't mind when I spend it. I really look forward to our little chats. This could be a sign I should get out more but even so - I still look forward to them. Last year I suggested you give him a pay rise. I hope you did, and if so it's about time he had another one. Thank you Martin. You're a star”
