"Ordered our Ink cartridge, could have gone cheaper by not having it boxed, but chose to have it boxed and New, photo showed a brand new box. Felt let down to see a faded, beat up box that looked like it had been kicked around the floor in a game of football. I photographed the box before we opened it in case we had to return it. Open the box and all seemed ok inside, ink sealed in a foil package. Installed it in printer and all works ok. Maybe your idea of new is the cartridge, mine was also the box as your photograph showed. Moving from that, I was impressed with the amount of contact from yourselves and the post office, the package was tracked and we were kept informed as to where it was and when it would be delivered. Cannot fault this dude of the job, five star gif that, I gave you a three star rating instead of a five because I felt the New advertised was not supplied by the state of the box, looking we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll beat up and old, I will try you again though."
