Open the box and all seemed ok inside, ink sealed in a foil package. Installed it in printer and all works ok. Maybe your idea of new is the cartridge, mine was also the box as your photograph showed. Moving from that, I was impressed with the amount of contact from yourselves and the post office, the package was tracked and we were kept informed as to where it was and when it would be delivered.
