“I cannot reccomend In Memory Of Life highly enough, the way that they conducted the arranging of my dad Colin's funeral was absolutely impeccable, Harriet handled every single query that we had with the utmost professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was beautiful and gave dad the send off that he deserved. From the first phone call to visiting dad in the chapel of rest right through to the funeral the service we recieved was first class. We will forever be grateful to Harriet for all she has done to support myself and my mum and brother through such a difficult time. I would like to extend my utmost gratitude for all the support we recieved. If you are looking for a great service and exceptional help and support then look no further than In Memory of Life.”

“Throughout the support of In Memory of Life, has been excellent, always very discreet at steering me toward a better solution than my initial proposals and gently coming forward with good, practical and acceptable solutions. Megan must face a multitude of people with different temperaments, at a difficult time for them, but manages to tailor her response in a way that is best suited to them as individuals and certainly did for me. The team was at the crematorium on time and Alex was discreet, but helpful in directing our guests and the service started promptly on time. All the details were as we arranged; the coffin, flowers, the traditional hearse, the slideshow worked perfectly and I could see many of our guests appreciated it, the music as Rev James and I agreed, the order of service booklet is exactly as I hoped it would be after my draft and quite a few of our friends have told me the web-link was clear, they recognised the guests and heard the service well. The Rev James Fields was another of Megan’s suggestions. Wednesday was a difficult day, but I was very happy with all the arrangements and the way Rev James conducted the service. Many of our friends at the service and those that watched on the web-link said the same and I appreciated the care In Memory of Life and the Rev James took in making it sound warm and personal. The whole ceremony ran as smoothly as I could ever wish and I really appreciated their combined efforts at making it happen. I was as relaxed as I could be knowing it was in safe hands. Dealing with the necessity of organising two funerals for our father ,one in 2022 and another in 2024, was an emotionally challenging experience, but the team, demonstrated unparalleled kindness and sensitivity. “I'd like to say massive thank you to all .. My sisters day was absolutely breathtaking .. the horse and cart was beautiful and the kindness of the riders ..what amazing gentlemen they are. A special thank u to Harriet who kept me calm and helped me every step of the way .. and Dean our conductor who we couldn't of done the day without him. ..even the patience when running over time they didn't mind. “In Memory Of Life provided us with an outstanding service, where we was treated beautifully well. They were very patient with my requirements, even when I had changed my package about 3 times, due to my circumstances. Due to my own personal circumstances I had times of emotional upset but the staff were extremly compassionate and sensitive to mine and my familys needs, where they would reassure us. For me, they went far and beyond to give the support to me and my family. In Memory Of Life are well organised, and the structure of their website I found to be a great tool to use. They are are very caring business and there are no amount of words that I could use to express how grateful I am to the service that they had provided us. The service provided felt more personal. I would highly recommend 'In Memory Of Life funeral Directors' as they made my experience of planning my late fathers celebration of life a beautiful process and a memorable day. “Thank you to In Memory Of Life for all their help and support planning a beautiful send off for my auntie. Both Megan and Rebecca were so helpful throughout the whole process and ready to answer the many questions we had. They were both very understanding and accomodating when it came to us making changes and updates. On the day, the funeral conductor and the limo drivers were very professional and helpful when it came to guiding my family members who were pall bearers and setting up the church etc. I would highly recommend them. “I first contacted In Memory of Life about a year ago when my mother entered her end of life phase, and was cared for by Harriet. Throughout the year Harriet was helpful in answering queries and guiding me through the portal. When my mum died, Harriet was again kind, supportive and helpful. A difficult and painful time was made easier to bear. The funeral service itself went smoothly and everything that was requested was put in place. A very positive experience with In Memory of Life.”

“Thank you In Memory of Life for all the care that you provided to us in making funeral arrangements for our dad. Kate was our main point of contact and was incredibly professional and empathetic throughout a very difficult process and time, further excacerbated by the time of year (December Christmas Holidays). All our questions were answered quickly, with patience and kindness. Though we had raised questions multiple times over multiple email chains, Kate was able to respond to each and every query and was really patient with us. The whatsapp messaging function that IMoL have was also really helpful. Responses were quick regardless of the channel it was raised in ( i.e email or whatsapp), and where IMoL liaised with third parties on our behalf they did so on the day itself or the next business day, Kate also kept us informed through out the process and we had daily updates. There was never a time where we felt a response was taking too long or it was too difficult to get a hold of IMoL. We also felt that In Memory of Life were able to understand some of our unique circumstances and accommodate for them appropriately too. The funeral day itself was organised well; our appointed funeral director was professional and compassionate. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would highly recommend In Memory of Life for their services and competitive pricing.”

“Wow wow wow, Doesn’t sum up the amazing job and care they gave our loved one who we sadly lost, but the amazing care to the family was outstanding. No question was to small , the team are amazing Harriet and Rebecca were attentive throughout the whole process. Always checking in with the family. This made the team stand out as a family business, showing real care. Sadly I’ve used different funeral directors over the years, I wish I came across them before. There services included everything for an amazing price, everything from flowers to service sheets were extremely high quality. The care from Alex and his co worker on the day was again outstanding. Please don’t be afraid to use this independent service, we often feel that we need to use the generic high street funeral directors, comparing prices etc. you WON’T get a better price and an outstanding service from a caring family. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts the Powell Family.”

“Harriet and her team come highly recommended by us. Funerals are very sensitive for all parties involved and they went above and beyond to get us through such a difficult time, even when there was a slight hiccup, Harriet worked on her days off and promised that changes would be made and delivered on it, she was very concerned about my mum's feelings during the entire planning. Donna the funeral director was exceptional, she was on top of everything, updated me on the processes, stepped in for my mum when our guests were breaking the rules we put in place. She thought of the little details we were to heartbroken to think about. I cannot recommend this team enough. Thank you all for your help with giving my little sister a befitting burial. Oluchi”

“I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend In Memory of Life. They have been incredibly professional and empathetic throughout, answering questions quickly and fully, guiding us through various decisions and helping support us through this difficult time. Communication has been excellent throughout the various aspects of the legal process as well as funeral arrangements and on the day of the funeral itself. The Memorial Page was very useful in letting people know, as well as providing a tribute to our mother; the live stream of the funeral meant overseas family and those not able to attend in person could be a part of the Service. The flowers were beautiful and the Celebrant did a fantastic job in delivering a very personal tribute about Mum. In Memory of Life made a sad and difficult process so much easier to go through. Mum’s funeral was a lovely tribute to a much-loved family member and friend.”
