“I ordered a vinyl album called 'Isolation boulevard'. When the item arrived it was not the item as described and illustrated on the Web page. I ordered a Gatefold album with pictures on the inner sleeve, I recieved a single album cover (not Gatefold) and the inner sleeve was plain black. I have reported the issue to Impericon and I am currently waiting for a resolution.”

“Had an order which never arrived and upon asking Impericon to chase this up and contact Fed ex, I had no reply whatsoever after various emails. Eventually I had 1 reply which was too late as item sent back. Ordered a new one and it’s faulty but honestly can’t be bothered to send back through all the stress”
