“I have completed both Prince2 & MSP practitioner courses with SPOCE, I have found both courses to be well delivered by knowledgeable tutors. I highly recommend. May be more expensive than other options, but worth it for the consistent quality.”

“I changed from a mid course in October '14 to a course in December '14. My online account did not allow for me to view the study materials, instead it just offered "post study" resources. I arrived back in the uk 2 days before the weekend with a view to blast the pre study over the weekend before the course started on the Monday, therefore I was unable to get help from support. Despite passing, It put me at a big disadvantage during the course, I know I could have get more from it if I had the pre-study material. The end mark I got for the course is on the certificate so I am stuck with that now.”

“SPOCE provided a thorough package of pre-course material to prepare for the course. The course itself was quite an intense but at the same time enjoyable learning experience. The course tutor, Harminder was particularly knowledgeable and his enthusiasm for the subject was hugely beneficial to all of us taking the course. I would certainly recommend SPOCE to anyone else considering taking PRINCE2 qualifications.”

“Few points to improve Positives a) SPOCE customer service/ Admin representative who did the booking was excellent (10/10) b) Trainer was excellent (10/10) c) Location was good (parking space, beach, etc) - 8/10 d) interactive foundation Q&A Negatives a) Staff of the hotel / allocation of resources b) Dont use CDs. please use a pen drive. Most computers dont come with CD drives anymore c) Not enough model question papers d) Not enough options for breakfast even to purchase e) Rooms were too cold Might help you business model a) Give a 10min demo about SPOCE achievement and what they do b) Check how SPOCE could keep the community linked (not just one way of sending marketing material) example : blogs, job site, c) Most of the candidates will come back in 5 years to resit, they tend to do this with friends or with someone they know. Find how you can knit them together (social media) d) Create an annual workshop or get together, make the participants feel like family e) SPOCE should have a value proposition compared to other providers, what do you offer, is this distinctive enough? f) Keep your community upto date informing about new developments / changes in UK, world, etc - not just marketing material where people just delete or push to junk g) Since PRINCE 2 to MSP, i had no relationship with SPOCE, its just another tutor (no reason to come again) f) Consumer should feel proud for been at SPOCE, this will help you to increase your margins in the long run Good Luck suresh.daniels@coats.com”

“from initial enquiry until post-examination, I was very pleased with the level of service I received, the professionalism and experience of the trainer, and the training environment and facilities. The course was well-run, well-managed, and delivered the necessary training to a mixed-experience group with relative ease. The preparation for both the Foundation and Practitioner exams was great and pitched at exactly the right level, as evidenced by the great scores received! I would recommend them to others and would consider using them for other certifications in the future.”

“I knew that the week would be difficult because colleagues had attended the course previously. However, I expected to be taught in a logical manner in-line with the process but we seemed to jump around in a random way and that made it difficult for me to see how everything fitted together. It wasn't until I had gone through the Prince 2 Dummies book that I understood the structure and how everything fitted together. Because there were a couple of people on the course who worked together they kept discussing how their work fitted into the process and talking over the teacher which made it difficult to hear. This wasn't picked up on and was very disrupting. Also, the teacher kept talking facing the project screen.”

“The trainer, pre-course work and content of the class were very good. However the venue facilities were very poor, there were not enough desks for the participants. We kept running out of water and there was no refreshments provided at all. It has also been very difficult to get a copy of my qualification certificate, I've registered 3 times and I still can't access my certificate.”

“Spoce don't just teach you what's in the book. They show you how to approach the topics and exams in a pragmatic, well thought out manner that you can take with you across multiple disciplines. The additional content available online is also of a high standard, although I'd like to see more developed on mobile/tablet platforms to aid offline/remote study.”

“Very good overall. Enjoyed the online course and the tutor for the exams was very helpful. Some areas could be improved on the online system, e.g. browser compatibility and some text papers not working. Also having the same practitioner test paper for the exam prep day as the one online was not great. The resources and support were really helpful and I have recommend their course to my colleagues.”
