“Julia Gosse was a great lecturer, the course was a great balance of study as well as case study/conversation. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the practice exam questions/case studies were not very clear and when going through them found they were not worded very well and then ended up being slightly more confusing than helping. It seemed they were old case studies that were being used.”

“Jean-Paul's personal and professional style helped enormously in providing excellent customer service to reach the right decision and satisfactory outcome; resolving a particularly sub-optimal experience with People-Cert. “Absolutely loved the Foundation Simulation questions! So easy to do 10 questons on your phone while you've got a spare 5 minutes. I found the website a bit difficult to navigate initially. It wasn't obvious where to go for the materials and what materials were available. There's "My downloadable products", "My documents" and "my learning resources" and then other things were sent via email. It would have been nice if it had all been in one place. Didn't know about the simulation until it was mentioned in the video and then I had to ask a colleague how to find it!”

“Arranging the customised PFQ preparation course through Jean-Paul was very easy and although were under some time pressure with little flexibility on dates he couldn’t have been more accommodating. Administrative support has been very responsive throughout which has been a huge help. The training itself was delivered as agreed, going through the PFQ exam preparation material with sufficient additional room for application of the material specifically to our company’s context. Would recommend.”

“Good trainer. He went through pretty much the whole of the Prince2 Agile manual in 3 days. A lot to get your head around if you are new to PM but the trainer made the content digestable and used real life accounts to help absorb the information. The trainer also provided handy tips on exam prepartion. this course is massively content heavy and you need to be prepared for that, including evening reading / tasks to do. Overall it was good and I now hold a certificate in Prince2 Agile (FDN).”

“The course was good and well presented. Maybe a little slow for me but you have to take into account all learners so I understand this. I would like to suggest that in future the exams are embedded in the course like they are in face to face sessions, it's difficult finding time outside of that to do the exams.”

“I did the 3 day PRINCE2 Foundation course in June in London. Harminder was a great tutor and I enjoyed the course. Hard work, but met some great people! With hindsight, it would have been best to book the 5 day course to include Practitioner, as it has been expensive to book to do the extra 2 days "upgrade". (Most cost effective way seems to be to book direct with SPOCE for 5 day, when there is a "Daily Deal"!!) Thanks to Sara at SPOCE, who has helped to book me onto the July course in London.”

“The course is actually 2.5 days of full on coverage, the other half day is taken out on breaks and the foundation paper on Wednesday afternoon. The third day is just coverage of running through an exam paper, without enough time to really cover any more depth for the Practioner exam. In this respect, being advertised as a 5 day course is somewhat misleading. I also think I would've benefited more if others on the course were of the same mindset or in the same industry so that examples and discussion could be tailored to the whole group. The class size of 6 was definitely a plus point.”
