“When I received my order I realised I had the wrong size, when asking to return for a new size the service was impeccable. Even though the clothes didn’t fit the quality was top notch.”

“So in love with these pieces always so flattering and trendy I purchased the full cloud set and I have to say I was mind blown by how beautiful it was and the quality of the material everyone at Reading was asking where I got my outfit from and that it was so cute!😻 only downside is that the measurement on the chaps werent accurate and it meant me ordering the size I usually order but I couldn’t fit my thighs in them for the life of me so I had to give up trying to put them on unfortunately and pair them with some cycle shorts but still looked amazing was soso happy couldn’t recommend enough customer services where so helpful in making sure they got here before the festival on time before I left ect🥰!”

“Always great customer service, your kept in contact throughout. I had a custom made bikini and my measurements flagged up as abit bizarre (im quite bottom heavy) so i was contacted to make sure there wasnt a mistake, I liked the fact they did this rather than just go ahead and make it, just incase there was a mistake! Just shows your orders are really taken care of and not just processed through mindlessly.”
