Regarding your comments on the admin, we agree that it didn't go as smoothly as it could have. When you re-enrolled Fred the second time there was an admin error on our part which resulted in your email address being entered into our CRM system incorrectly.
As a result, you weren't receiving the emails with the lesson reports or your monthly invoices. This meant that we then had to send them to you manually once we eventually became aware that you hadn't been receiving them. We can see how this may have been a source of frustration for you.
