“I had to move house at very short notice and was really worried about what I was going to do. I contacted Roberts and Dennys just a couple of days before the move date and they were able to help. The guys that came were very friendly, they took great care of my furniture and loaded it safely and securely. They were very efficient and had the job done in no time. Anything I asked them wasn't a problem, they were more than happy to help. I need to move my furniture again soon and will be contacting Roberts and Dennys again as I can't fault their service. Excellent, friendly and trustworthy company and would highly recommend”

“Roberts and Denny helped us move home in February at relatively short notice. Ali was very professional and honest and the (very reasonable) cost was as he had orignially quoted. His team were efficient and courteous and we were very impressed by the speed in which they worked. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. First class service from start to finish!”

“Moved into our new home yesterday and used Robert and Denny's Kent. We were so happy with their service! Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, arrived at 8.30 and were in the new house by 11.30! A huge thank you to Jay & Tom :-) definitely reccomend to everyone who is looking to move.”

“I was in the process of renovating my new house and thought that I would order a sofa from DFS before the renovation was finished. The delivery date was 2 months later, which suited me at the time. As the delivery date loomed, it was obvious that the house was not in a state to receive the delivery of a new sofa. DFS were unwilling to delay the delivery, which caused me a big problem………….That was until I spoke with Ali from Roberts & Dennys regarding their storage facility. Ali was very helpful, as he was experienced in such issues and suggested that I request that DFS deliver the sofa to directly to the storage location, which was easily done. As I was not at the storage venue in person, the Roberts & Dennys staff where able to inspect the sofa on delivery for any damage. Once satisfied that it was in perfect condition, they placed it in storage. I received a call from Seda, who updated me on the storage of the sofa. I was told that I could give them a couple of days’ notice of when I was in a position to receive the sofa, which they would be able to deliver during a time of my choosing. A few weeks later, I called the office and they were very accommodating to my requirements. They arranged to deliver the sofa on the date and time period that I requested. The communication on the day was excellent. I received a call in the morning to confirm that the delivery would be as planned and another call by the delivery team, who informed me that they were on their way. A team of 3 people delivered the sofa as promised and managed to get it through a narrow front door with no difficulty. Overall a very professional outfit, who I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone wanting storage or in the process of moving house.”

“We were recommend Roberts & Dennys through friends and am so very glad we were. The team were brilliant and so helpful right from the beginning. We had to use the packing, storage and delivery services, spanning over a month and it was done with true professionalism and organisation. Every item of our furnature was immaculate and all items return in mint condition. The packing was also done in a logical way making our move much smooth. Everyone was really friendly and so efficient. "Absolutely spot on" is the term my partner used. They wouldn't let us help at all which made the process much less stressful. The prices were great for a London and Kent company. Which was a bonus too! We will 100% recommend them to friends and family! Great work guys.”

“This is the third time my family and I have used the services of Robert and Denny's removal. We keep going back because the removal team are superb and fast. True professionals! They deliver with a smile, no job is too big. On this third occasion, Friday 18 November 2016, they arrived on time, as usual well prepared and ready to deliver. It was like clock work with a smile. I've been worried about my fridge and if i will ever get it out of this flat. It was a struggle to bring it in - in the first instance. They got the fridge out with so little space to manoeuvre also managing two flights of stairs - I don't know how they managed it, but they did! I'm well pleased and relieved. Thank you all and Clare at the office who also put up with my early morning emails and responding to every one of them. Keep up the good work all, you are true professionals.”

“A seamless simple process! Right from the estimate and survey, through to the office staff and the removals team - a totally professional and friendly service. No hidden extras and everything explained. Removals team were on time, neat clean and nothing was too much trouble. They made it all seem so easy. I would highly recommend Roberts and Dennys to anyone who is moving house. Thank you to Sam and all at Roberts and Dennys”

“I called Robert and Dennys for a quote and after a visit from Ali, they came back with a reasonable quote and suggestion that I call once the contracts had been exchanged. Exchange took place on a Tuesday and completion was due on friday, which was very little time to pack and move. I called Ali whom was very accommodating and juggled things in order to help me out. The guys turned up 8am on the button and within two and a half hours had all my belongings on the truck! I collected the keys to my new house, called the guys and in no time they were outside unloading. All done by 2.30pm. Not one breakage and nothing missing! A big thank you to all the guys for a wonderful service! They were all friendly, polite and hard working! If anyone is considering using this company, I for one would take up their services again in a heart beat! You would struggle to find better!”
