“This stat works well and is a good price hence 5* however is an absolute guddle to wire-up as there is no space for the connections to go and the terminals are tiddly. The wiring diagram is also very non-standard. Hope this helps”

“Looking for replacement gland (stuffing box) for Danfoss RAS-C 013G5023 Thermostatic Radiator Head. (25 years old). Found it at Heatingcontrolsonline as "Danfoss Randall RA Replacement Gland 22B05" at a reasonable price. The pin was stuck in so valve not operating according to temperature. After googling discovered able to unscrew and replace without draining radiator! Result. Might be useful if the actual applicable valves and instructions included on the website. So wound three good turns of PTFE on the threads, and then a twist and a half around the gland head to create a seal under the head, before screwing in and nipping up.”

“Great prices, quality, and best of all genuinely there to help. I'm a general builder and it had been a few years since my last UFH installation, a few things have changed and HCO took the time to lead me through the parts and eurocone fitting I would need to complete the installation, without that, I'm pretty certain that I would have been held up midway through the build. The Multilayered pipe also proved to be an excellent choice, their only UFH pipe choice, easy to form and it conducts heat brilliantly in part thanks to the metal layer.”
