Hey Bailey thanks so much for your review , we can see both your orders were dispatched within 24 hours of the orders being placed , unfortunately we can’t control the carriers transit times , that’s solely on them , they will give us time frames however on occasions for only reasons they can provide they don’t meet them , if there’s any problems in the future let us know and we will be happy to assist you with finding out from the carrier . “I really loved the 2 pieces I got, but it would have been nice to have the name on it if what it was plus as I purchased 3 kg Offcut I was hoping for a mix of smaller pieces (a bit like your photo not 2 large pieces…. But very timely delivery, well packed, very good communication. But beautiful timber!!!”

“I can not fault these guys. I buy all my timber from them. Get it transported from Melbourne to South Australia is cheap as well. Cant see me going anywhere esle.”

“Being new to the art of Resin and Wood, it has been comforting to deal with Health of Mind Art in that the response and helpfulness of staff together with timely delivery of orders assists greatly a beginner. Not only have I accessed their variety of molds, I have become extremely happy with the variety of Resins offered for various projects I have attempted. The image displays the start of one of those projects, a resin and pinecone bowl.”

“They're good service. My down sides would be: not enough examples of the resin pigments. (Recently brought a 2 reds, looking for a vibrant solid red, one was translucent. And a red that was orange). And they ship next day. (I'd have a picture, but they're in my shed curing)”

Thanks so much for your review , we really appreciate your positivity , unfortunately couriers are out of our control , they give us time frames however we can’t control wether they meet these . It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow them up first and if there is any issues we can then escalate with our broker . Tracking information is sent once the order is fulfilled this is where you can get the details to follow up with the carriers . Thanks again and happy woodworking

“The order was reasonably priced and quick to arrive. The small disappointment was the timber that arrived. When you don’t get to see it first hand and choose what you want you rely on others to pick for you. The timber is ok but not great. It took a couple of hours just to work/clean up the timber just to get it to a workable standards. It’s probably just me but I was a little disappointed at what I was sent. It seemed I was sent the dregs of what they had.”
