“Ordered 29th December Shipped 13th January Disappointed on the time frame and with express freight took another week Arrived 19th January Missing clock mold ended up with mechanism only ,when wanted mold Understand Boxing day madness ,but thought a simple order would have been quick and easy”

Hello , thanks for the review however we need to clarify something , as stated all over our website and socials , any orders that were placed between the 24th of December 2022 and the 9th of January 2023 would not start to be dispatched until the 9th as we were away during this period of time . Due to the high volume of orders over this time your order was down in the order and we were behind a couple of days due to the high volume , this was also relayed via our website and socials . We are sorry you did not see any of this however it was there . As for the time frame it took to arrive , we have zero control over this , once dispatched we can’t control how long the carriers take to deliver , all we can do is book the service in which case we did . If you contact us during this time however we can try and look into it for you if you have had no luck yourself . Thanks
