“Above and beyond is the best way if saying it. There was an error on the description of the kit I ordered, and it accidentally had DOUBLE the amount of resin. When this error was noticed, they happily sent the extra. I would have understood if they explained the error, but they honoured the description. That's great these days. The resin and accessories I got are all top notch A grade quality”

“Pro's Love the pastes - awesome quality, I clearly need to own them all. Service is good. Communication is good. Stuff is posted quickly. Sales give great discounts. Uses Australia Post so no mucking around with annoying couriers. Cons Disappointed with quality of HDPE mould - thin and plastic welds aren't strong enough because of this. Wouldn't recommend this item at all.”

Thanks for the feedback Sam we agree with the tap out moulds they can be unreliable due to the welds , we no longer sell these moulds we sell a mould that’s all one piece meaning there is no welds at all . They are called deluxe moulds and they aren’t sold anywhere else in Australia. Thanks for the review and feedback

“Excellent products, range is increasing all the time. Been using Pure Glass Resin to coat my fluid art work for a while now and very happy with it. HOM customer service is great and they are very helpful. First time purchase of Ausmonite, so looking forward to testing that out.”

“Absolutely love dealing with these guys. Extremely helpful whether it’s order related or advice, nothing is a bother. Dispatch is super quick and great communication if changes are needed. Always accessible and willing to respond to emails even outside business hours if necessary. Sharene is the bomb! Their products are innovative and are easy to use, and provide excellent value for money and are well suited to the Aussie climate. Would definitely recommend to both beginners and experienced resin artists.”
