“I ordered the product and did not here back from the company. The order is completed. I can't get through to either number on their website. This isn't the way to treat customers and makes me wonder if this has been a scam.”

Hi Anonymous we cant seem to find your order, and haven't received any phone calls or emails regarding missing parcels please contact us.

“Paid for 1st class delivery on 20th November. Here I am on the 6th December with no order. I have emailed, rang both numbers which are on the website, even messaged on Instagram to have no avail. DO NOT USE I have basically been scammed”

HI Jamie your order was shipped 2nd class on the 10th because you placed the order after we closed on a friday you paid 2nd class 3-5 working days and it was delivered on the 5th working day we did respond to the email both of your emails explaining that you ordered after closing time. “I placed my order on 22 September and paid for first class delivery. It’s now 1 October and I still haven’t received the parcel. I’ve sent two emails that have not been answered. Phone number on web site is unobtainable.”

Hi Carol We have responded to your emails please check your junk folder. Your order was shipped on the 23rd September since royal mail keep going on strike there have been a lot of delays recently our local deport have a back log of parcel. We try to keep our customers happy so we are looking for an alternative courier. Im so sorry you have been effected by this.
