"Really pleased with the results, paid for Saturday delivery, we were called on the day to say there had been an issue, however it was being resolved, our turf arrived just after 6pm, so we laid it on the Sunday. Pictures shows it 4 weeks later."

"Ordered 35 sq meters of Sedum Eco -mat, delivery was as planned and communication was good by company who Delivered it on a pallet.\r\nAlthough still early days, the Sedum seems good quality and although only been down one week is showing signs of growth and healthy succulent plants within. So hopefully fingers crossed we will have a good healthy garden in the near future.\r\n We have used a slow release fertilizer recommended by Turfonline for the Sedum that was easy to apply."

“The sedum turf ( ground) arrived in good condition love it . We did find the instructions a bit confusing - a video would have been helpful. But online help good . Also some indication of when the delivery was going to be between 8 am/ pm would have also helped”

“The turf arrived on 2 pallets, on 1 pallet, the turf was dark green with damp black soil, the other was a little lighter green with dry brown soil, this second pallet also had a few rolls which were quite thin with some holes which tore as you lifted the roll. Fortunatley I had ordered sufficient extra that I didnt need worry about the worst rolls. The lawn after 1.5 weeks looks great, the lighter green grass has turned dark green and the whole thing is knitting together well. The last picture attached shows the lawn after only 1 week”

“Live in London, needed 50m2 of turf urgently for backyard landscaping as B&Q and Wickes were out of stock in all branches (September - end of season). Called Turf online, spoke to a young chap, who managed to organise for same day collection at one of their depots. Took a hire van, sped down up the M11. Got there and had freshly scooped up lawn forklifted into the back of the van. Really appreciate the great service. 5 stars.”

“I bought some SUDS and Slopes in the hope of stopping the steady erosion of a barren bank in my garden. It arrived on the day requested. It was in position by lunchtime and showing signs of recovery by teatime. Eleven days later, it's as disreputable looking a piece of turf as you could wish for. I'm very happy with its freshness on arrival and subsequent vigour and am looking forwards to some floral treats next summer. I will never again consider purchasing any turf products off a shelf at B&Q - Freshness really matters! It was disconcerting to receive a message from DPD that my delivery was arriving a day before requested. It turned out to be just the anchor pins. I would have appreciated a brief message from yourselves to let me know they were travelling separately. That's the only improvement I can suggest. Thanks!”

“I have bought from Turfonline before and the turf was great then. I have to say it was outstanding then and it is outstanding now . I have recently purchased the jubilee turf for our newly renovated house. I have bought from other suppliers in the past but they are nowhere near the quality of these guys. I highly recommend. Don’t waste your time and money with others just buy off these guys.🙂”

“Usually great turf but was sent 2 pallets of rotten turf which had obviously been sat rolled up for a few days before it was delivered to me. However, customer services were very helpful and send out replacement turf at no extra cost and disposed of waste turf. Did cost me 2 days of extra Labour but fresh batch of turf was top notch.”

“I watched a YouTube video of how to turf a garden and the guy in the video had bought his turf from Turfonline so I thought I'll order from them as well after reading many online reviews also recommending them. I'm really happy with the turf I ordered. I bought the Shadesman turf as moss from trees overlooking my garden took over my previous lawn and I don't want the same thing to happen again. The turf arrived on the day I chose and the delivery guy tried phoning in advance to let me know he was nearly there. I've added a picture of how the turf is looking after a week and a half, watering twice a day. Looking good so far, knitting together well and vibrant green in colour. I'm completely happy with my purchase and world buy from Turfonline again.”

“Ordered the turf online after checking other turf companies and found the shaded turf and it arrived driver was so helpful and brought pallet as close to house as possible. Laying the turf was easy and the thickness of it was brilliant No ripping it went down quick all the turf had been well watered and was still wet when it arrived so no issues, it’s now one week since lates and the grass has taken and now looks in great condition would recommend the turf”

“The jubilee turf was fresh, moist and green when it arrived went down easily and only a week later I have the most amazing lawn this is the second time I’ve had turf from this company and I’ve been more than pleased with the product both times however on my last order I had a problem with delivery after waiting 12hrs on a Friday it never turned up and couldn’t contact anyone until Monday morning so waited in all day Saturday as well in case it turned up spoiling my whole day again I also had to pay a gardener for half the job of laying it on the Friday and apparently it was a technical problem and never got put on the lorry hence why I never had any communication on the Friday so spoke to a very apologetic person on the Monday and arrange for a next day delivery before 11am which happened so sorted out swiftly and I was pleased to get my order .”
