“Re: Therapist Caroline Powell and treatment for PTSD and anxiety. I found the therapy and sessions with Caroline completely life changing. I went to therapy with one idea of what was wrong with me and why I was feeling so bad and realized with Caroline's careful guidance that it was in fact something completely different. Caroline is incredibly knowledgeable and has so much wisdom and life experience that her insight was invaluable to me.”

“having had a series of meetings with Ian Scott via video link I can confirm that talking about my recent losses within my family has been very helpful. The feeling of being overwhelmed by events has gone. i can certainly recommend Ian and would go back to him should the need arise.”

“Ishbel has been incredible for me and my growth. She’s genuinely changed my life for the better and I simply can not thank her enough. When I started attending these sessions, my biggest fear was talking about the issue that I had but shortly after, I began to enjoy my conversations with Ishbel as she helped me to understand my situation and how to better myself through it. I’m not too sure where I’d have been if I hadn’t started therapy with Ishbel when I did, however, I’m extremely happy where I am as a result of our sessions and it’s all thanks to her. I cannot thank her enough for what’s she’s done for me. If you’re unsure about therapy, I ask you to give it a chance, it’s the best decision you will make.”

“Fantastic therapy for couples counselling that helps us understand the reasons why we say and do the things we do. We are continuously learning more about ourselves and can't wait to understand more on how to communicate better and heal together. I found it incredibly helpful to understand my own body reactions to stress too and was really impressed with Stefan's knowledge on why I would shake when I was talking about a particular topic. This has helped me understand the sympathetic response and the shaking has reduced significantly. I would recommend Stefan to anyone!”

“So sorry I’ve requested my review to be removed! I put this in error as wrong company but similar name. Spoken to this company and they offered a lovely service and spoke to me with the highest respect! They have offered help with my problem that was caused by another company!
