“The therapist themselves good, but the skype address given would not work and after trying for 15 minutes, eventually used phone. So that meant i used a 35min session but paid for 50min - and at £250 i’m not to impressed.”

“I thought the Doctor was approachable and friendly. He didn't try to dictate the session and listened to my concerns. He tried to suggest solutions to them and was realistic in his assessment.”

“I was very pleased with my first therapy session. I felt supported and understood. We covered/uncovered a lot and I was left feeling more relaxed and happy and with hope for the future about how I might better understand myself and find a way to adapt/change my coping strategies to be less anxious and enjoy life more.”
