“I worked with Amy over the course of a year and found her to be completely professional, attentive and supportive. Through her skillful use of Compassion Focused Therapy, she has enabled me to successfully resolve the challenges that I wanted to address, as well as equipping me to better deal with any others which may arise in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again and can thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust to guide them through to more positive outcomes.”

“Caroline is incredible, I couldn't have asked for someone more suitable as my counsellor. We had an instant bond and she made me feel comfortable, not just as my psychologist but as my friend. She had a huge impact on me and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help and someone to talk to. She really helped me to change for the better and for that I want to thank her.”

“I saw Dr. Gemma Allison for a few months and cannot recommend her enough.
