“Sorry to say the tea was not as expected. Too black with little vanilla flavours unlike our usual one. Very disappointed and now need to dispose of three full boxes and one with 19 sachets. Any ideas?”

“I have been drinking the organic Peppermint & Spearmint tea for months. It is simply the BEST mint tea I've ever had. I can't even enjoy a cup of tea when I go out (unless they are stocking this) because nothing compares! I will never drink anything else. I have converted all my friends!”

“I always order the Darjeeling leaf tea and it is always very good, fresh delicate and yet lots of the flavours I love. I have also just tried the chai leaf and it is excellent too. All the spices but the tea flavour is there which is often missing in other brand.....and I have tried many of them.”

“Really glad to able to buy good quality organic loose green tea in a 1 kilo packet.My husband drinks this tea daily and I use it to make Jun, the taste of which has been greatly enhanced since using this tea. Highly recommend this product.”

“Great tasting black teabags, and Green tea leaves. I used to buy Clipper green tea but was not available for months so started with Hampstead tea and there is no going back. Clipper when it was available was 90 grams per packet, Hampstead I buy 1Kg bags which will take my partner about 11 weeks or 12 weeks to use. So much better as less packages, better for me and the environment. The paper bag is used after to put my paper recycling out. Great. Black teabags are great also!”
