“I've been having your Earl Grey kilo bags for some years. Always delicious. But this time (received a couple of week ago) the same tea, although very nice, doesn't have quite the same perfumey note that it's always had before. Have you changed supplier? Also, I registered on the website to recieve notification when the Earl Grey kilo bags would be in stock. But I heard nothing - I wend back onto the website and found it was in stock (so I ordered). I might not have done that, so would still not have my tea!”

“We are really enjoying Hampstead Tea's loose leaf Darjeeling and Green tea. We are also fans of their rosehip and hibiscus tisane treabags. Our only complaint is that we can't simply buy plain, unwrapped, unbleached tea bags. In our view, a bag with a string and a tag, inside a paper envelope is just over packaged, even in the name of freshness.”

“Organic tea is 100% flavour and can be enjoyed any time of the day. In the morning to give you a boost or in the evening to relax you. Therefore to drink organic tea is a good choice for a refreshing brew.”

“The marks would be five for the tea but marked down because of an unclear website where I was charged for delivery when it should have been free (I made my purchase with during free delivery promotional offer). I did contact customer service but nothing happened and I can't be bothered to keep chasing it up. A clearer website for using the offer then five would be the score.”
