We have worked with Guardian Support since 2012 and they have always provided first class guidance on staffing matters, employment law issues and health & safety. They are quick to react to any issues we have faced as a business and have been 'hands on' at all times. They have good people across all areas of the business who provide concise expert advice. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Guardian have always provided piece of mind and a great deal of support when we've needed it. They keep us updated with their regular newsletters and changes in legislation. Working with Guardian is like having our own personal security blanket.

We have both HR and H&S support with Guardian and both Emma and Linda, are always really helpful, there if we have any questions and take time to make all of the latest laws and regulations understandable and relevant to us as a company. We have previously recommended Guardian to others and would happily do so again.

Wendy went over all our documentation, contracts etc and made sure we were happy with wording and content and took note of any updates we wanted to make. The service we received as always was friendly and efficient.

We have been with Guardian Support now for nearly 2 years and I would definitely recommend them. Whenever I have a query there is always somebody available to talk to me. If they can't give you an answer straight away they always come back very quickly. All of the staff are very polite and extremely helpful.

We have worked with Guardian for a number of years, and they have always acted on the concerns we have raised in that time. At a recent tribunal, the barrister they recommended was excellent, and, thanks to all the good advice, we won the case. On occasions, the telephone response time of the legal team can be slow, and more staff may be required to deal with the clients. However, Brendan is willing to travel long distances to visit us and deal with situations personally.

Chose to cold call us WITHOUT PERMISSION just for viewing their website. This is not the way to do things at all.

Do not browse their website, they are tracking every page view and using it for aggressive marketing and a serious breach of privacy

Beware of the 3 year recurring contract that they trap you into, they do not have a break clause and will bully into paying hefty sums

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you are unhappy as you have been a customer for some 6 years and we are proud that you have contributed to our continuing high customer retention rate of 94%. Having looked at your specific circumstance it is noted that you wish to cancel your services part way through and existing 3-year contract, and we are sorry to hear this especially as you had rated our services as 10/10 stating you would highly recommend our services on your last client feedback proforma. As a business, we are very open and transparent with regards to our auto-renewal clauses and are very clear regarding cancellation notification, as these are specifically highlighted in the service agreement signed when commencing with our services. In addition, your account has been renewed in this manner on 2 occasions without concern. As you are aware we do offer one-year agreements, as well as multiple years and you, chose to undertake a 3-year agreement in order to receive the generous discounts that we offer for multiple year deals with us. Unfortunately, due to you missing the cancellation deadline last year your agreement was renewed as it had done on previous occasions, and you continued to receive support under these terms. Whilst we do have the right to hold you to the full term of the contract and costs associated with this, we have tried to work in a fair and open manner as we believe that we operate to a high ethical standard on such matters. I am sorry to hear that you refer to our offer as the “hefty” sums as the fair solution that we have offered only makes up 17% of your full contract value, therefore we believe we are being fair and reasonable in the circumstances. We note that you are currently liaising with our Operations Director with a view to resolving matters and we hope that you continue with that dialogue.

Dear Linda Thank you so much for your comment, I am so sorry that you perceive your experience with Guardian Support to be a negative one especially as our comprehensive client care program has not registered this level of dissatisfaction with any client, ex-client or contact. Currently our renewal ratings are tracking at 93% which would indicate that our satisfaction rating is incredibly high with our clients, however we are always grateful to receive in-depth feedback, good or bad, as this is how we bench mark our services and how we learn and grow as a business. As you have not provided details of your company or full name, it does limit our investigations somewhat as we always wish to address any matters of concern or dissatisfaction.
