“Awful Customer Service. Read carefully T&C which are against UK law as UK law says a customer has the right to return an item, but this company charges no less than 25% RESTOCKING charges!!! + I need to pay for the returned shipping, which I didn't mind doing but they were unwilling to help! Never again!”

“Very poor service, wouldn’t buy from again, or recommend your company to anyone. Staff are rude and unreliable, called to get authorisation for the parcel to be left in a safe place, the attitude of the lady on the phone was awful and she couldn’t be bothered to relay the message to the courier consequently the parcel didn’t get delivered”

“ORDERED PARTS WAITED FOR DAYS FOR THEM HOLDING UP AN ASSEMBLY LINE.THEN I CONTACTED THEY TO TRACK ITEMS AFTER PAYING FOR THEM TO FIND OUT THEY HAD NO STOCK OF THIS ITEM THEY THEN ISSUED ME A CREDIT WITH OUT EXPLAINING WHY THIS HAPPENED”
