“Just sold my bungalow in Ipswich through Goldings. Tim and Luke went to a lot of trouble to view the property and discuss the price level to make it attractive to buyers. The auction produced a price I was very happy with and Tim is an absolute master at conducting auctions, making them interesting to watch even if you aren't actually a bidder or seller. Would thoroughly recommend them to anybody thinking of selling.”

“I was disappointed recently to find the promised Pre pack details for a property I wanted to bid on were out of date and unsatisfactory, but that was not really Goldings fault. Generally the auction website is good enough”

“We always enjoy the professionally presented auctions, but the last one the mic Kept crackling, & picture froze. The only bad thing is we can never see the properties on screen clearly. So we have to make notes of the properties before hand. Look forward to September.”
