The water based liquid was used on a slate porch floor which is exposed to the weather. It appears to have done a good job but no idea of effectiveness as it was only painted a week ago.”

Some of the instructions provided on line and on the container were conflicting but seem to have been regualrised now.
The product works as advertised but, like other such products, produces a granular finish unlike the one shown in the photos. Quite expensive when used for a larger area but labour costs are minimal!!
Time will tell but it appears to have done the job- I'd definitely recommend a wet application.”
