“Bought to retire black granite worktop
Used per instructions-great finish !! Then the next day and now a week on the black comes off!!! Any damp cloth or if chopping something up it transfers on to it . I have to put my cloths into soak though now bad so throw them away!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING- would like refund and someone to clean it off!!”
“I apologise for the negative review, but I feel I have no other option at this point.
I placed an order for a salt stain/efflorescence remover on 8 December, and as of 15 December, I have still not received the product. I have also emailed customer service to raise this issue and have yet to receive any response.
The lack of communication and delay in delivery has been disappointing and comes across as unprofessional.
I hope this message prompts a member of your team to investigate this matter promptly and arrange an immediate refund.

“I'm extremely disappointed with this experience. My item has been marked as delivered by Evri, but it was never delivered to my address. The delivery “proof” photo clearly shows the parcel still inside the courier’s car, not at my front door.
I contacted Glean immediately and provided the photo as evidence, but I have received no response so far. As a customer, this lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I am still waiting for my item or a proper resolution.”
“Infuriating. I ordered some patio grout 10 days ago which was supposed to be next day delivery. I still haven’t received it. I can get no information from the Company- they do not respond to emails. I’ll now have to order the same thing elsewhere just to get the job done.”
Apologies for the inconvenience caused, your order was seemingly lost in transit by the courier unfortunately. As you already know, a full refund was issued.
“The black grout reviver is quite simply the worst most useless product i have ever bought!! terrible and caused me so much more work. Had to remove it all. followed the instructions thouroughly but it just peeled off!! Rubbish!! Avoid and spend the time/money regrouting as i'm doing now.”

“Despite EVRI saying it was delivered on 26 August it WAS NOT. The driver called to say it was damaged and leaking and would return it to the depot for further action. I’m still waiting for a replacement”
“I ordered two tubs of patio grout (15/08/25) and was told they would be with me very shortly, this was the case for one tub but unfortunately the other has disappeared into a black hole of a delivery depot (Evri) not only that tub but two subsequent replacements which GleanUK have sent out, one missing item can be overlooked but this is becoming a bad joke and unfortunately reflects badly on GleanUK as they only use Evri for delivery, am still waiting for the second tub to arrive 28/08/25 and need it to complete the job, I would have used a different grout company if I had known it would take this long but unfortunately used the first tub stupidly thinking the second one was arriving presently so am stuck waiting for the item to arrive. Update on 02/09/25 after speaking with customer support I have been told that they are unable to deliver another tub so am left with a half finished patio and having to pay the builder extra to come back to finish the job and goglean unwilling to give me a full refund as they state they delivered one tub so am not entitled to a full refund even with all the extra costs incurred. Moral do not start the job unless 100% of the materials are on site as the supplier may let you down like this one has”
